Attendance Information

Good attendance is the key to success.

It takes time for us to collect a student from class. If you cannot alert the attendance desk that morning, please make sure you provide at least 30 minutes' notice before planning to pick up your student, so we can have them ready. 

If your student needs to miss school, regardless of reason:

Please ensure to state student name, grade, date and reason for absence. 

If your student needs to check out early, regardless of reason: 

  • Have student bring a note to the Attendance desk first thing in the morning OR
  • Call Attendance desk first thing in the morning. (530-745-5704) OR 
    Email the Attendance desk first thing in the morning.

Please ensure to state student name, grade, date, reason for leaving, and time of dismissal.
