Enrollment Steps

Complete the Aeries Internet Registration (AIR)
*Residence Verification form needed for enrollment. Para Español.

Submit the 5 REQUIRED documents for enrollment
Documents may be attached to your online enrollment form or emailed to kmccaughna@puhsd.k12.ca.us

Residence Verification Form (Spanish/Español Version) Please print, sign, & return

TWO documents for address verification
For example: copy of current PG&E, water, garbage, rental/mortgage agreement or government correspondence -
Birth Certificate, Passport, Birth Record, or Baptism Certificate

Immunization Record
Submit Additional Documents if Applicable

Any court documentation indicating custody arrangements, restraining orders, no contact, limited contact with non-custodial parent, etc.

Copy of current IEP or 504 Plan

Selecting Course Preferences
Complete this Course Selection Form to choose your first and alternate elective preferences.
For priority course selections, please complete the Course Selection Form by March 27th AND make sure you have completed steps 1 and 2 above.All students have input for course selection. Students will have 8 courses during their freshman year and 5 of those are mandatory and will be automatically assigned. The above course selection form is to help determine the remaining three courses which can include world languages, alternative science pathways or CTE and elective classes such as shop classes, theater, video production, visual/performing arts, leadership*, AVID*, and more. I Want to Attend Placer High but…We Don’t Live in Placer High School’s Attendance Area 
You will need to complete an Intra-District Transfer Request. You MUST turn in your application between January 6th - January 31st. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Visit the PUHSD Website and scroll down to Enrolling → “Open Enrollment within PUHSD” for the Transfer Application. 
I Want to Attend Placer High but…
…We Don’t Live in the Placer Union High School District

You will need to apply for an Inter-District Transfer. To begin the interdistrict request process, you must first complete an Inter-District Transfer Request Form form your current district of residence. -
